1 范围
本标准规定了石油裂化用无缝钢管的分类、代号、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。
本标准适用于石油化工用的炉管、热热交换器管和压力管道用无缝钢管。

3 分类、代号
本标准的无缝钢管按产品制造方式分为两类,类别和代号为:
a)热轧(挤压、扩)钢管WH;
b)玲拔(轧)钢管WC。
4 订货内容
按本标准订购钢管的合同或订单应包括下列内容:
a) 标准编号;
b) 产品名称;
c) 牌号;
d)订购的数量(总重量或总长度);
e) 尺寸规格(外径×壁厚,单位为毫米)及精度等级;
f) 制造方法;
g) 特殊要求。
5尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差
1 Scope
This standard specifies classifications, codes, dimensions, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, test rules, package, marking, and quality certificate for seamless steel tubes for petroleum cracking.
This standard is applicable to the furnace tube and heat exchanger tube for petrochemical engineering and the seamless steel tube for pressure piping.

3 Classification and designation
The seamless steel tube of this standard is classified into two classes according to manufacturing of products, and its classification and designation is:
a) Hot-rolled (extruded, thermal expansion) steel tube WH; 
b) Cold drawn (rolled) steel tube WC.
4 Order content
Contract or order sheet for ordering steel tube shall include the following content:
a) Standard serial number;
b) Product name;
c) Designations; 
d) Quantity of order (total weight or total length); 
e) Dimensions (outside diameter × wall thickness with unit is mm) and the grade of accuracy;
f) Manufacturing method; 
g) Special requirements.
