1 范围
本标准规定了无缝钢管的尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差值。
本标准适用于制定各类用途的平端无缝钢管标准时，选择尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差值。
2 外径和壁厚
2.1 分类
钢管的外径和壁厚分为三类：普通钢管的外径和壁厚（见表1）、精密钢管的外径和壁厚（见表2）和不锈钢管的外径和壁厚（见表3）。
2.2 外径
钢管的外径分为三个系列：系列1、系列2和系列3。系列1是通用系列，属推荐选用系列；系列2是非通用系列；系列3是少数特殊、专用系列。
普通钢管的外径分为系列1、系列2和系列3，精密钢管的外径分为系列2和系列3，不锈钢管的外径分为系列1、系列2和系列3。
2.3 允许偏差
2.3.1 外径和壁厚的允许偏差的选择
2.3.1.1 外径和壁厚的允许偏差的选择应考虑钢管用途和制造钢管的工艺装备。
2.3.1.2 产品标准所采用的外径和壁厚的允许偏差应优先选择标准化的允许偏差。根据用户要求及产品的特殊性，亦可选用非标准化或其他允许偏差。
2.3.2 外径允许偏差
2.3.2.1 优先选用的标准化外径允许偏差见表4。
2.3.2.2 推荐选用的非标准化外径允许偏差见表5。

3 长度
3.1 通常长度
钢管的通常长度为3000mm～12500mm。
3.2 定尺长度和倍尺长度
1. Scope
This standard specifies dimensions, shapes, masses and tolerances of seamless steel tubes.
This standard is applicable to determination of dimensions, shapes, masses and tolerances during establishment of plain-end seamless steel tubes for various uses.
2. Outside Diameter and Wall Thickness
2.1 Classification
Outside diameters and wall thicknesses of steel tubes can be divided into three classifications: outside diameter of plain steel tube (see Table 1), outside diameter and wall thickness of precision steel tube (see Table 2) and outside diameter and wall thickness of stainless steel tube (see Table 3).
2.2 Outside diameter
Outside diameter of steel tube can be classified into three series: series 1, series 2 and series 3. Series 1 is a general series being recommended; series 2 is a non-general series; and series 3 is a particular and special series.
Outside diameter of plain steel tube is classified into series 1, series 2 and series 3; outside diameter of precision steel tube is classified into series 2 and series 3; and outside diameter of stainless steel tube is classified into series 1, series 2 and series 3.
2.3 Tolerance
