1 Scope This Standard stipulates the highest permissible emission concentrations for the
smoke and dust, the industrial dust and the harmful pollutants, and the emission limits for
the smoke blackness of industrial furnaces and kilns according to the years.
Except the coke oven, the incinerator and the cement plant, this Standard is
suitable for the management on the industrial furnaces and kilns using solid, liquid,
gaseous fuel and the electric heating industrial furnaces and kilns, as well as the
environmental impact assessment, design, completion check and acceptance of the
construction of industrial furnaces and kilns and the emission management after
completion.
