1. 试验的种类
卷扬机试验分为合格试验和型式试验。
1.1 合格试验是制造厂对卷扬机在出厂前所进行的验收和检验。
型式试验是对卷扬机制造质量技术性能及可靠性等的全面检验
1.2 在下列情况下应进行型式试验：
a. 研制的新产品或转厂产品；
b. 设计工艺或材料的改变影响卷扬机的性能的产品；
c. 停止生产二年以上恢复生产的产品。
2. 试验条件
2.1 应装上设计规定的全部工作装置。
2.2 试验时的环境温度应在-15-35摄氏度之间，风速不超过8.3m/s。
2.3 试验所使用的塔架高度不小于10m。
2.4 电源电压相对额定电压允差不得超过+-5%。
2.5 试验载荷应准确标定允差不得超过实际重量的+-1%。
2.6 测噪声时在测点上声源工作时测得的A声级与背景噪声的A声级之差应大于10dB (A)，理
想的声学环境应是除一反射面（地面）外无其他反射物体。
2.7 型式试验前应备齐所需的全部技术文件。
2.8 对有特殊要求的卷扬机按用户合同规定的条件进行试验。
3. 试验仪器及量具
3.1 仪器
a. 功率表、电压表、电流表。仪表精度不低于0.5级；
b.拉力传感器（或拉力计）；
c.无触点开关（或转速计）；
d. 应变仪；
e.示波器;
f.精密声级计;
g.温度计量仪;
h. 秒表;
i. 行程开关.
1. Test Types
The winch test can be divided into the qualification test and the type approval test.
1.1 The qualification test refers to acceptance and test carried out by the manufacturer before the winch leaves factory.
The type approval test refers to the overall inspect on the manufacturing quality, technical performances and reliability of the winch.
1.2 The type approval test shall be carried out in the following conditions:
a. Newly-developed products or trans-factory products.
b. Products that have changes to design technology or materials influenced the performance of the winch;
c. Products that reinstate the production after ceasing production for more than two years.
2. Test Conditions
2.1 All working devices shall be installed as stated in the design.
2.2 During the test, the ambient temperature shall be between 15 and 35 degree and the wind speed shall not exceed 8.3m/s.
2.3 The tower for test shall be no lower than 10m.
