1范围
本部分规定了阳极氧化、着色铝合金建筑型材的合同内容、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及包装、标志、运输、贮存。
本部分适用于建筑行业用,表面经阳极氧化、电解着色或有机着色的铝合金热挤压型材。用途和表面处理方式相同的热挤压管材也可参照采用本部分。
其他行业用的表面处理方式相同的铝合金热挤压型材也可参照采用本部分。

3定义
3.1装饰面exposed surfaces
装饰面是指型材加工成门窗、幕墙后,仍可看得见的表面。它包括可开启窗、通风口、门或板等,处于开启和关闭状态时,可以见到的表面。
3.2局部膜厚local thickness
在型材装饰面上某个面积不大于1cm2的考察面内作若干次(不少于3次)膜厚测量所得的测量值的平均值。
3.3 平均膜厚average thickness
于型材装饰面上某测出的若干个(不少于5处)局部膜厚的平均值。
4合同(或订单)内容
订购本标准所列材料的合同(或订单)应包括下列内容:
a) 产品名称;
b) 牌号、状态;
c) 规格;
d) 表面处理方式、颜色及膜厚级别;
e) 尺寸允许偏差精度等级;
f) 本标准编号;
g) 其他特殊要求。

5.1产品分类
5.1.1牌号、状态、规格和表面处理方式
产品的牌号、状态和规格应符合GB 5237.1的规定,表面处理方式应符合表1的规定:

1. Scope
This part specifies contract content, technical requirement, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of anodized colored aluminium alloy profiles for architecture.
This part is applicable to wrought aluminium alloy extruded profiles whose surface is anodized, electrolytically colored or organically colored, for architectural industry. This part is also applicable to hot-extruded tubes with the same use and surface treatment.
Hot-extruded aluminium alloy profiles with the same surface treatment for other industries can also made reference of this part.

3. Definitions
3.1 Exposed surfaces
Exposed surface refers to profile surface is still visible after being process into doors, windows or curtain wall. Including surfaces that can be seen when a window, intake, door or board is opened or when they are kept open or close.
3.2 Local thickness
Average value of thickness values measured on an inspection area which is larger than 1cm2 on the exposed surface of the profile for several times (not less than 3 times).
