本标准参照采用IEC 296—82《用于变压器和油开关中的矿物绝缘油》中ⅡA 技术条件。
1 主题内容与适用范围
本标准规定了以石油馏分为原料，经精制后，加入抗氧剂调制而成的具有良好的绝缘性、氧化安定性和冷却性的变压器油的技术条件。
本标准所属产品适用于330kV以下(含330kV)的变压器和有类似要求的电器设备中。
本产品按低温性能分为10，25和45三个牌号。

3 技术要求
This standard adopts specification IIA of IEC 296-82 Mineral Insulation Oils for Transformer and in Oil Switch by reference.
1. Subject Content and Application Scope
This standard specifies specifications for transformer oils which are produced by using petroleum distillate as raw material and then refined before adding antioxidant, and which have favorable insulativity, oxidative stability and cooling property.
Products covered in this standard are applicable to transformer of 330kV and below, as well as to electrical equipments having similar requirements.
The products are classified into three designations 10, 25 and 45, according to different low temperature properties.
