本标准等效采用,标准ISO 1000:1992《SI单位及其倍数单位和一些其他单位的应用推荐》,参照采用国际计量局《国际单位制(SI)》(1991年第6版)。

国际单位制是我国法定计量单位的基础,一切属于国际单位制的单位都是我国的法定计量单位。除特别说明的以外,本标准给出的计量单位均为我国法定计量单位。

本标准列出了国际单位制(SI)的构成体系,规定了可以与国际单位制并用的单位以及计量单位的使用规则。
本标准适用于国民经济、科学技术、文化教育等一切领域中使用计量单位的场合。

Introduction

This standard is equivalent to the standard ISO 1000: 1992 "SI Units and Recommendations for the Use of Their Multiples and of Certain Other Units" and is adopted with the " International System of Units (SI)" (1991, 6th edition) issued by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures.
This standard is one of a series of current national standards on quantities and units, including:

SI is the foundation of the legal metrological units in China; all the units belonging to SI are the legal metrological units of China. Otherwise provided separately, all the measurement units specified in this standard shall be the legal metrological units of China.

1 Subject Contents and Application Scope

This standard gives the composition system of Le Système International d'Unités (SI), specifies the units that be applied combining with SI as well as the application principles of  measurement units.
This standard is applicable to the occasions within various fields of national economy, technology and cultural education where the measurement units are used.

2 SI Composition

2.1 The International System of Units, denoted SI in all languages, was adopted by the 11th International Conference on Weights and Measures, CGPM [1960] (Conférence générale des poids et mesures).
