1. Scope
The standard specifies the air pollutant emission limit of production equipment exhaust barrels, the fugitive emission limit of particulate on operational field and environmental protection related administrative provisions in cement industry. And the standard also specifies the particulate emission limits of cement production.
The standard is applicable to emission administration of air pollutant discharged by cement existing industrial enterprises and cements production enterprises, as well as environmental impact assessment, design, final acceptance and post-construction air pollutant emission administration of newly-built, renovated and extended cement mining enterprise, cement production enterprise and cement product production line.
