1范围
本标准规定了合金工具钢的分类、尺寸、外形及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书等。
本标准适用于合金工具钢热轧、锻制、冷拉及银亮条钢,其化学成分也适用于锭、坯及其制品。

3分类
3.1合金工具钢按使用加工方法分为压力加工用钢(热压力加工和冷压力加工)和切削加工用钢。钢材的使用加工方法应在合同中注明。
3.2钢材按用途分为量具刃具用钢、耐冲击工具钢、热作模具钢、冷作模具钢、无磁模具钢和塑料模具钢。
4尺寸、外形及允许偏差
4.1热轧圆钢的尺寸、外形及允许偏差应符合GB/T 702标准的规定,其组别应在合同中注明,未注明时由供方确定。
4.2锻制钢材的尺寸、外形及允许偏差应符合GB/T 908标准的规定,其组别应在合同中注明,未注明时由供方确定。
4.3冷拉钢材的尺寸、外形及允许偏差应符合GB/T 905标准的规定,其组别应在合同中注明,未注明时由供方确定。
4.4热轧工具钢扁钢尺寸、外形及允许偏差应符合GB/T 911标准的规定,其组别应在合同中注明,未注明时由供方确定。
4.5锻制扁钢尺寸、外形及允许偏差应符合GB/T 16761标准的规定,其组别应在合同中注明,未注明时由供方确定。
4.6其他钢材(坯)的尺寸、外形及其允许偏差应符合相应国家标准和行业标准的规定。国家标准和行业标准未规定的由供需双方协商确定。
5技术要求
5.1牌号及化学成分
5.1.1钢的牌号及化学成分(熔炼分析)应符合表1的规定。
1. Scope
This Standard specifies the classification, dimension, shape, tolerance, technical requirement, test method, test rules, packing, marking and quality certificate of the alloy tool steel.
This Standard is applicable to alloy tool steel hot rolling, forging, cold drawing and silver steel bar; while its chemical composition is also applicable to ingot, billet and their products.
