本标准规定了系统接地的型式及安全技术要求,其目的是保障人和设备的安全。
本标准适用于系统标称电压为交流220/380V的电网。

本标准的全部技术内容为强制性。
本标准代替GB14050—1993。
本标准与GB14050—1993相比,修订的主要内容如下:
———按照GB/T1.1进行编辑性修改,增加第2章规范性引用文件。
———第3章,修改和增加如下术语和定义:
3.2 外露可导电部分;
3.3 外部可导电部分;
3.4 保护导体(符号PE);
3.5 接地导体;
3.10 系统接地;
3.11 保护接地;
3.12 总等电位联结;
3.13 辅助等电位联结。
———5.1.2和5.1.3最后分别增加一段"总等电位联结导体必须符合GB16895.3—2004中544.1的规定。"和"辅助等电位联结导体必须符合GB16895.3—2004中544.2的规定"。
———增加5.1.4"有必要时,分级安装剩余电流保护装置和火灾监控系统,并符合GB13955规定。"
———5.1.8修改为:"保护导体的截面,通过引用GB16895.3—2004作出规定。"
———5.2.3第一段修改为:
"TN 系统主要由过电流保护电器提供电击防护。如果使用过电流保护电器不能满足5.2.2的要求时,则应采用总等电位联结或局部等电位联结措施,也可增设剩余电流动作保护装置,或结合采用等电位联结措施和增设剩余电流动作保护装置等间接接触防护措施来满足要求。"

1. Scope
This standard specified the types and safety technical requirements of system earthing with the purpose to protect the safety of people and equipments.
This standard is applicable to the power grid whose system nominal voltage is AC 220/380.

 本标准规定了铁制旋启式止回阀的结构型式、技术要求、试验方法、标志、包装、运输、贮存等基本要求。
    本标准适用于公称压力PN0.25~4.0MPa,公称通径DN50~l 800mm,温度不高于350℃,工作介质为蒸汽、空气和水,法兰连接的灰铸铁和球墨铸铁制旋启式止回阀(以厂简称止回阀)。

3  结构型式
3.1  止回阀的结构型式如图l~图4所示。型号编制按JB 308的规定。

This standard specifies basic requirements of cast iron swing check valve, such as structural types, technical requirements, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to flanged swing check valve (hereinafter referred to as "check valve") made of gray pig iron and nodular graphite cast iron, whose nominal pressure is PN0.25 to 4.0MPa, inside nominal diameter is DN50mm to 1800mm, temperature is not higher than 350℃ and working medium is steam, air and water.

本标准适用于除煤粉发电锅炉和单台出力大于45.5M W (65t/h)发电锅炉以外的各种容量和用途的燃煤、燃油和燃气锅炉排放大气污染物的管理,以及建设项目环境影响评价、设计、竣工验收和建成后的排污管理。
使用甘蔗渣、锯末、稻壳、树皮等燃料的锅炉,参照本标准中燃煤锅炉大气污染物最高允许排放浓度执行。


1. Scope
This Standard specifies the supreme permissible effluent concentration of flue dust, SO2 and nitrogen oxides as well as the emission limits of flue gas blackness by age limits.
This Standard applies the supervision and management of the air pollutant emission by coal-burning, oil-burning and gas-fired boilers with different kinds of capacities and uses, except coal-powder-burning generation boilers and the generation boilers whose output per set is greater than 45.5MW (65t/h) and applies the environmental impact assessment, design, final acceptance and after-construction effluent management of construction projects.
For boilers adopting such fuels as bagasse, saw dust, rice hull and bark, the supreme permissible effluent concentration refers to the supreme permissible effluent concentration of air pollutants emitted by coal-burning boilers under this Standard.
